LACONIA HIGH SCHOOL

FACILITY UPGRADES AND IMPROVEMENTS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR GENERAL CONTRACTORS

The Laconia School District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from GENERAL CONTRACTORS interested in serving as Prime Contractor for a BUILDING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT associated with upgrades to the existing Laconia High School.  

INTRODUCTION:
The Laconia School District has appropriated funds to upgrade the existing kitchen/cafeteria, renovate existing restroom facilities and add mechanical ventilation to portions of the existing High School. The funding source for the project will through federal funds (through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funds (ESSER)).  Project construction delivery will be by pre-qualified Prime Contractor/Competitive Bid. The project construction is anticipated to start in May 2023 and will occur over two summer construction seasons (2023 and 2024).
