Health insurance is available to all eligible full-time employees. The plan includes Annual Routine Eye Exams and Vision Care and Eyewear Discounts and Cigna Prescription coverage.

Health Insurance Marketplace
As many of you have heard, as your employer we are required to provide you the attached notice regarding the availability of health insurance coverage for our employees. This notice is furnished to all employees regardless of whether you have paid health insurance coverage through the school district or not.
Marketplace Notice
If you are a full time (30 hours or more per week) employee, you qualify for paid health care coverage under the school district health plan. As such you will not likely benefit from coverage from the new Marketplace. Your family is also covered by us if you are a full time year round employee or you are school year employee hired full time prior to July 1, 2013. If this is the case, your family will not likely benefit from the marketplace either.
If you elect coverage from your spouse or do not qualify for health insurance coverage with us, and would like to see if the new Marketplace is an option for you, please contact Tami Horan, [email protected]

SchoolCare-Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a FREE confidential counseling and referral service for all employees and their family and household members. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help members with work/life challenges in all areas of life.
